This policy applies to services booked through our website:
Bus tickets from Hanoi – Ha Giang and vice versa
Bus routes from Ha Giang to other provinces
Guided tours in Ha Giang
Motorbike and car rental
Online payments via VTC Pay
Services are bookable 24/7 via website or customer support
Correct personal info is required (name, phone, email, passport for foreign guests)
E-tickets/confirmations will be sent via email after successful payment
Tickets are verifiable by code or customer name at pickup
A. Bus Tickets:
Cancel >48h before departure: 100% refund (excluding VTC Pay fees)
Cancel 24–48h: 50% refund
Cancel <24h: No refund
Rescheduling: allowed once, at least 12h before departure
B. Tours:
Cancel ≥7 days before: Full refund
Cancel 3–6 days: 50% refund
Cancel <3 days: No refund
Weather-related cancellations: full refund or reschedule
C. Motorbike/Car Rental:
Cancel >24h: Full refund
Cancel <24h: No refund
No-show without notice: charged in full
One free reschedule per service, at least 12h in advance
Additional reschedules: fee of 10–30% may apply
